Mkhwanazi gets slammed at Madlanga

EMPD suspended deputy police chief Brigadier Julius Mkhwanazi, appeared before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry and testified about the blue lights being installed in Cat Matlala's vehicles and other irregular contracts and appointments in Ekurhuleni.
