The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following closures and restrictions from 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, to 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, as part of the Phase 2 interchange improvements in the Surprise area. Eastbound US 60 will be narrowed to two lanes from Deer Valley Road to just east of 163rd Avenue. The southbound Loop 303 on-ramp at Grand Avenue will be closed.
