In honor of National Good Neighbor Day, Chandler residents can stop by the courtyard at Chandler City Hall, 175 S. Arizona Ave., for a free ice cream treat from 2–4 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28. City staff from various departments will have booths with information on programs and services as well as free giveaways.
