Prescott Valley Police Department (PVPD) Volunteer Services Unit coordinates the You Are Not Alone (YANA) program. YANA is a free support service for PV residents living independently that fosters communication and community connection. Every week, trained Volunteers in Policing (VIP) make scheduled phone call check-ins to ensure YANA participants feel connected and supported. During these calls, VIPs check on each individual’s wellbeing and offer reassurance if anything unexpected arises.
