Many property crimes occur when someone spots an easy target, like an unlocked car, open garage, or other easily accessible area. Residents can help prevent these crimes by securing their property, adding security cameras, and using exterior lighting.
Prescott Valley Police Department (PVPD) encourages residents to take a few minutes to practice the “9PM Routine” – a simple way for residents to protect their homes and property.
