S8E354 - Borderlands with Hank Shaw

Hank Shaw is one of the most interesting people I know. Hes a hunter, fisherman, forager, oh yeah.... and a hell of a cook! 

While I was in Minneapolis we met up for a few drinks and a podcast about his new book, Borderlands: Recipes and Stories from the Rio Grande to the Pacific.

We also talk about our time up in Alaska a few years ago and have some laughs.
