According to the New York Times, attorney Aaron Siri and HHS Secretary RFK Jr. are overhauling the CDC & ACIP vaccine advisory committee. The planned changes include a restructuring of its vaccine charter – incorporating a proposal that “places a heavy emphasis on vaccine safety and includes “recovery from serious vaccine injuries” as among the types of expertise that would qualify someone to be a committee member.”
