European Green Transition has taken a major step in its evolution, acquiring a profitable £14.7m-revenue onshore wind services platform at an attractive valuation. With over 900 turbines under contract and more than £22m of repowering pipeline already signed, management believes the deal positions EGT to scale rapidly toward its £50m revenue target while building a cash-generative infrastructure business.
