In episode 1 ("Shoreline Defender") we meet Seth (vampire) and Josh (hobbit) who are fighting over a gated road in Montana. We meet Sara in Florida who is fighting with Eric (and his sunburnt scarecrow, Brent) over private beach access. On episode 2 ("The Farm") we meet Darrell who is fighting with his neighbor Trevor over Trevor's full farm he is building in his backyard.
