A Wisconsin woman told Madison police that the man she dated for two months back in 2013 had never stopped writing to her, and the detectives who searched his rural Fond du Lac basement in August found human skulls, an Ed Gein collection, and a jar labeled as a piece of John Wayne Gacy's brain.
