On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. Two major SCOTUS decisions on border security today. First, the Court ruled 6-3 that you have to be in the U.S. to make an asylum claim. In the other, the Court again ruled 6-3 that the Trump Administration can revoke temporary protection status from Syrian and Haitian migrants. The three liberal justices tried to argue that you don't actually have to be "in" the U.S. to make an asylum claim, and "temporary" actually means indefinitely.
