A beautiful everyday object is “intentional design” in its smallest form. It has all three elements I always come back to. Form, because it is beautiful to you. Function, because it does what it needs to do, and does it well. And feeling, because of what happens in you when you use it.  A home that feels good is built from the large decisions, yes, but also from all these small moments.
