Paula's Run Club brings you The Shakeout

Welcome to a special Shakeout episode where we mix things up a little bit and start with a European Athletics Champs themed Honours Board. There's so much to celebrate from the tournament including Georgia Hunter-Bell in the 1500m and Marathon bronze medallist Abbie Donnelly.. we’ve also put out an alert for a lost mascot teddy!

There's a reminder that Paula is heading to the Sydney marathon so please let us know if you're there too as we would love to do an audience Shakeout run if you’re around??

We also hear from our list...
