Brazil’s health authorities are on high alert after two potential Ebola cases emerged in its biggest cities—São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. A 37-year-old Congolese man with fever and a Belgian man from Uganda with flu-like symptoms are both being tested for Ebola, even though they’ve already been diagnosed with meningitis and malaria, respectively.
