Rock Legend Jack Douglas Passes Away

Jack Douglas, a legendary rock producer, passed away at 80. Known for shaping iconic sounds in the 70s and 80s, he worked with John Lennon, Aerosmith, Cheap Trick, and Patti Smith. Born in the Bronx, he transitioned from folk musician to studio engineer, starting as a janitor at the Record Plant. His work on Lennons Double Fantasy and other albums left a lasting impact on rock. Despite Lennons murder, he continued producing for various artists, sharing stories until last year. Douglas legacy lives on through his timeless productions.
