The Ohio House of Horrors investigation just got even more disturbing. The suspects in a child endangerment case in Vinton County have been formally charged, including child sexual abuse charges for two of the suspects. And newly unsealed information reveals the sexual abuse investigation is what led to the discovery of the living conditions for 16 children.
