A man with a history of theft, Bud Minshall, 49, is facing felony burglary charges after allegedly breaking into an apartment, stealing a window AC unit, clothes, and—most chillingly—an urn containing the resident’s mother’s ashes. Surveillance footage and his visible tattoos helped ID him, and he’s already got a rap sheet. He was recently sentenced for assault and battery but had already served 30 days. He’s back in court Thursday—this one might be even more serious.
