Published: May 13, 2026
Duration: 1:36
Former drug counselor Erik Fleming sentenced to two years in prison for supplying Matthew Perry with ketamine that led to his death. Fleming, who had previously helped others overcome addiction, relapsed and linked Perry with a dealer, Jasveen Sangha. Prosecutors argued Fleming knew of Perrys struggles yet still supplied him with street drugs. Flemings lawyers requested a lighter sentence, but he was given two years in prison. The assistant who gave Perry the fatal dose will be sentenced soon, and Perrys belongings are being auctioned off to fund his foundation.
