Ahead of Halloween on the 31st, the government and the Seoul Metropolitan Government will make all-out efforts to manage crowd safety

It will focus on managing 14 areas, including Itaewon, Hongdae, Gangnam Station, and Seongsu-dong Cafe Street, and use artificial intelligence (AI) crowd detection closed circuit (CC) TVs and drones to control crowds in real time.
