I am forced into the kitchen today as the weather is not pleasant enough for any outdoor shenanigans. So today I have two dishes for you; apple compote and a sweet potato and mushroom flan.

For the compote: 4x cooking apples, brown sugar cinnamon.

For the flan: 3x medium sweet potatoes, 1x punnet mushrooms, frozen peas, 5x eggs, grated cheese, red onion
