The single greatest weapon we have against the enemy in this spiritual battle is simply knowing who we are before God.

Satan comes against us with guilt, shame, and condemnation, whispering that our failures have disqualified us. But Romans 5:17 declares that those who receive the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness will reign in life through Jesus Christ. Righteousness is not something that is earned or maintained through perfect behavior. It is a gift of righteousness through Jesus, received by faith.
